Hlavním tématem této bakalářské práce je přehled konstrukčních řešení systémů zavěšení, odpružení a tlumení závodních vozidel. Pozornost je věnována především automobilovým soutěžím pod záštitou AČR (Autoklubu České republiky). Předně je zařazena část, která stručně popisuje hlavní druhy a princip činnosti náprav, odpružení a tlumení. V následující části je přehled technických omezení a předpisů pro konstrukční řešení závodních vozidel. V dalším odstavci je detailněji pomocí obrázků rozebráno několik v současnosti nejpoužívanějších typů konstrukčních řešení pro danou soutěž. Poslední část se zabývá tendencí vývoje v oblasti konstrukce systémů zavěšení, odpružení a tlumení závodních vozidel.The main subject of this bachelor project is overview of suspension, springing and damping methods structural design in racing car. Attention is payed especially to automotive races which are under sponsorship of ACR (Autoclub of Czech Republic). Firstly is placed issue which notify main sort and princip of suspension, springing and damping function. In the next chapter is summary of technological restrictions and prescripts for racing car structural design. Next chapter refers about the most used types of structural designs for given competition. The last chapter considers development trend of suspension, springing and damping systems in racing cars.

Business plan of physical shop founding in extension to existing e-shop

Cílem diplomové práce je založení kamenného obchodu (nízkonákladové výdejny) v návaznosti na již existující elektronický obchod. Práce se bude zabývat analýzou demografických údajů obyvatelstva, trhem (nabídkou/poptávkou), vnitřním a vnějším prostředím firmy. Bude analyzovat otázku, zda kamenný obchod realizovat, popř. kde. Výsledky analytické části budou použity pro určení místa vybudování obchodu. V praktické části bude popsána dosavadní historie podniku, finanční plán, obchodní strategie, organizační struktura atd. Závěrem bude zhodnoceno, které místo je nejvhodnější pro založení prodejny.A plan of opening a physical shop (a low-cost expediting point) as an extension of currently runnning electronic shop is the main focus of this thesis. The analysis of demographic population data, market situation (supply/demand), internal and external corporate enviroment is presented. An attempt is made to provide the answer for the question whether proposed enterprise is pursuable or not. The results of analytic part are used for the shop building locality selection. Furthermore, corporate history, financial and business planning, marketing strategy, organizational structure are provided in practical part of this thesis. Final part is providing the evaluation and selection of the shop founding locality.

Odhalování skryté druhové diverzity u krásivek (Desmidiales, Viridiplantae)

The delineation of desmid species was traditionally based on purely morphological features. However, a frequent misinterpretation of morphological variability in desmids has led in the past to extensive taxonomical confusion within this important group of green algae which complicates the interpretation of their biodiversity in freshwater ecology, biogeography and biomonitoring. Consequently, I focused in this thesis predominantly on a previously neglected issue, the application of polyphasic approaches in the species-level taxonomy of desmids. In the most studies, a combination of both traditional morphological and modern molecular phylogenetic and geometric morphometric methods has been used to evaluate the taxonomy of selected desmid species, particularly representatives of the morphologically complex genera Micrasterias and Xanthidium. In two papers, I used the combination of traditional morphological and autecological data to clear up the taxonomy of several morphologically less prominent desmid taxa. Generally, the results of the thesis demonstrated that the way we recently see the diversity and distribution of desmids should be thoroughly changed. The real species diversity is mostly distinctly finer than that estimated by classical morphological taxonomy, often corresponds to varieties of...Krásivkové druhy byly tradi n vymezovány pouze na základ morfologických znak . Bakalářská práce se zabývá studií průběhu zakázky firmou ve společnosti TNT Express Worldwide, spol. s r.o. Teoretická část obsahuje základní pojmy související s naukou logistiky. V analytické části, tedy druhé části práce, seznamuje se společností a její činností na trhu. Poslední praktická část práce se zabývá studií současného stavu průchodu zakázky podnikem a přínosy a nedostatky rozmístění pracovišť pro nové, větší prostory brněnského exportního a importního distribučního centra.This thesis deals with the study of order processing at a company in company TNT Express Worldwide, Ltd. The theoretical part contains the basic concepts associated with the doctrine of logistics. In the analytical part, a second part, familiar with the company and its market activities. Last practical part deals with current order processing in the company and the benefits and shortcomings of the deployment sites for the new, larger premises in Brno export and import distribution center.

Comparison Of The Racing Speed Of Front Crawl Swimming Technique And The Speed Achieved During Intervals Without Being Affected The Start And The Turns

Plavecký závod na 50 metrů ve volném způsobu má 4 hlavní fáze. Jedná se o start, plavání u hladiny, obrátku a dohmat. Měřícím systémem Tachograf zjišťujeme především rychlost plavání u hladiny. Princip měření neumožňuje přesné měření po startech či obrátkách, z toho důvodu hodnotíme především úseky bez vlivu startu, obrátky a dohmatu. Zaměřili jsme se na vyhodnocení poměru střední rychlosti plavání změřené systémem tachograf s výsledky aktuálního nejlepšího závodního výkonu z celé 50 metrové trati. Pro porovnání jsme zpracovali výsledky plavců, kteří se účastnili semifinále Mistrovství Evropy. Naším cílem bylo stanovit, které výsledky plavců jsou při našich měřeních systémem Tachograf na dostatečné úrovni. Cíl práce se nám podařilo naplnit za pomoci statistických metod. Dále jsme zjistili, že námi naměřené výsledky se liší od výsledků elitních plavců, jejichž výsledky jsme získali vyhodnocením úseků plavání na ME. Předpokládáme, že závodní výsledky budou rozdílné i u námi měřených plavců. Chyba může být způsobena nedostatečným nasazením plavců, ale také omezeními, které naše měření způsobuje.The race 50 meters freestyle swimming technique can be divided into four main phases. The start, swimming at the surface, the turn, and the finish. A Tachograph measuring system was used, which mainly analysed the speed of swimming at the surface. This measuring principle does not allow for accurate measurement of the speed after starts and turns and for that reason, we only evaluated the particular sections that were not influenced by the start and finish. We focused on the assessment of the ratio of the measured mean swimming speed, as measured by the Tachograph system, compared with the results of the current best racing performances from the 50 metre distance. The results were processed from the results of swimmers who participated in the semi-finals of the 2010 European Championship. Our goal was to establish which results of the swimmers measured by Tachograph are at a sufficient level. The objective of the work has been accomplished with the help of statistical methods. Furthermore, we have ascertained that our recorded results differ from the results of elite swimmers whose results have been gained from the evaluation of the sections of swimming at the European Championship. We assume that the race results of our measured swimmers will differ as well. The error may be caused not only by the lack of motivation of the swimmers but also due to the constraints that our measurement system caused

Measurement of Business Performance in the Company Řetězárna Ltd.

Bakalářská práce na téma „Měření výkonnosti ve společnosti Řetězárna a.s.“ má za cíl zmapovat finanční situaci společnosti Řetězárna a.s. za pětileté období od roku 2011 do roku 2015. První část je věnována teoretickým poznatkům týkajících se ukazatelů finanční analýzy. Následně je zaměřena na aplikaci těchto poznatků do praxe. Poslední část práce je věnována návrhu řešení na zlepšení finanční situace společnosti dle výsledků jednotlivých ukazatelů finanční analýzy.The Bachelor thesis " Measurement of business performance in the company Řetězárna Ltd." aims to map out the company Řetězárna Ltd. financial situation in the five-year period from 2011 to 2015. The first part is devoted to the theoretical knowledge about the indicators of financial analysis. Consequently, it focuses on applying these findings to practice. The last part of the thesis is devoted to the design of solutions to improve the financial situation of the company according to the results of individual indicators of financial analysis.

Connection of mistakes cut with cutting characteristics at laser cutting

Projekt se zabývá v první části teoretickým rozborem technologických možností metody dělení materiálu laserem, principem a funkcí laseru, rozdělení jednotlivých typů laserů, vlastnostmi laserového paprsku, laserovým řezáním, vadami řezu apod. Experimentální část je zaměřena na rozbor použitých strojů a zařízení, nalezení optimálních řezných parametrů při laserovém řezání, vyhodnocení vzorků a následně rozborem problematiky vzniku skokových změn a zhodnocení dalších možností optimalizace řezu.The project in first part deals with theoretical analysis of technological possibilities of method of dividing materials with laser, principal and function of laser, division of different types of lasers, properties of laser ray, laser cutting, cut defects etc. Experimental part is focused on analysis of used machines and equipment, finding of optimal cutting parameters during laser cutting, evaluation of samples and then analysis of problem with generation of step changes and analysis of other possibilities for optimizing of the cut.

Detached house with dental clinic

Tématem této bakalářské práce bylo vypracování projektové dokumentace pro provedení stavby objektu rodinného domu s zubní ordinací v Rozsochatci. Objekt se nachází na parcele č. 1906/10 a1906/11, v katastrálním území Rozsochatec. Dům je členěn do dvou části. Člení se na část obytnou a část ordinace zubního lékaře, která je oddělena pro případnou možnost pronájmu. Je situován v nově zastavěném území „Nové Dvory“. Část pro bydlení má dvě nadzemní podlaží a je částečně podsklepen. Ordinace se nachází v podzemním podlaží. Vedle pozemku se nachází místní komunikace, která se napojuje na silnici III. Třídy.. Návrh domu respektuje územní plán obce i uliční zástavbu. Projektová dokumentace je zpracována v souladu s aktuálním zněním platných zákonů, vyhlášek a norem. Obrys domu je nepravidelný, zastřešení řešeno dvěma plochými střechami a pultovou střechou. Konstrukční systém stěnový, zděný. Objekt je situován na svahovitém povrchu.The bachelor thesis deals with the project documentation for building a detached house with a dental clinic in Rozsochatec. The house is located on the land lot no. 1906/10 a1906/11 in Rozsochatec. The house is split into two parts; the residential part and the dental clinic, which is separated and may be eventually available for rent. The residential part has two above-ground floors and a partial basement. The clinic is in the basement. The house is designed to respect the municipal master plan and the surrounding built-up area. The project documentation is elaborated in compliance with current building legislation, regulations and standards. The house profile is irregular, the building is roofed by two flat roofs and a half-span roof. The structural system is wall system. The building is situated on a slope terrain.
